Grapes are handpicked and selected in special 1,000 kg trailers. Second selection process in the winery followed by destemming. Fermentation in 6,000 kg stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Fermentation takes 28 days with three pump-overs every day in order to extract the colour. Malolactic fermentation in new 100% French oak barrels for 14 months followed by refining in the bottle for 24 months.
Peculiar aromas of very ripe and cooked fruit, raspberry, ripe cherry and red currants. A wine with an excellent balance between fruit and caramelized sugar, which is very agreeable on the mouth. With a subtle aftertaste. Best served at a temperature of 14º to 16ºC.
